What do "Raided card" and "its top Raided card" refer to?

"Raided card" refers to a card with Raid that has a face-up card under it. "Its top Raided card" refers to the very top card of a Raided card.

No. Neither abilities activate because the cards are not sidelined or played.

If the Raided card was resting, the face-up card remains on the field in the resting state. The face-up card under a Raided card retains that Raided card's active or resting state.

When the top Raided card is placed into the sideline, is the card remaining on the field still affected by abilities that affected the Raided card?

No. Abilities that affected the Raided card lose their effect.
