We have received inquiries from customers in the Asia region excluding Japan and mainland China regarding the non-delivery of the "Uni-ticket Season 1" cards.

While the cards have already been shipped by our partner company, due to a logistical issue, we are currently unable to confirm the delivery status for some customers.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern this has caused to those who have been waiting.

To address this matter, we will set up a special exchange booth of "Uni-ticket Season 1" cards within the venue of each upcoming BANDAI CARD GAMES Fest 25-26 in Asia region , excluding Japan and mainland China.

At the venue booths, card exchanges can only be made if the point holder personally shows their exchange history screen and TCG+ ID number for verification.

Please note that quantities for each type of card are limited and will be available only while supplies last.

Furthermore, please note that exchanges can only be processed at the venue corresponding to the residence registered with your BNID.

Once again, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused to everyone who applied and had been looking forward to receiving these items.

• *If you wish to make exchanges at the booth and are logged in with your BNID on the Uni-Ticket point exchange site but have not yet registered for TCG+, please complete your TCG+ registration by 23:59 JST on September 28.
• *If your BNID is registered to Macau and you wish to exchange items, you can do so at the “BANDAI CARD GAMES Fest 25–26 in Hong Kong” booth.
