If I play this card when I have no cards with the same card name as it and three yellow characters without [Rumbling] affinity whose card names are unique on my field, does that satisfy the condition "If you have four or more yellow characters without [Rumbling] affinity whose card names are unique on your field" and allow me to resolve the ability following it?

What does the ability "Your opponent cannot choose this character (...) unless they pay 1 AP as an additional cost" do?
When choosing a character for abilities like "Choose one character with 5000 or less BP on your opponent's front line and sideline it" which include the instruction to "choose" a character, this ability forces the player to pay 1 AP as an additional cost in order to choose this character. The player may instead not pay and choose a different character. Or, if the option is allowed, they may choose zero characters. If 1 AP cannot be paid, the character with this ability cannot be chosen.
