It means, even if there are two of these <Hisoka> cards on your front line, when your opponent chooses a <Gon Freecss>, <Killua Zoldyck>, or <Hisoka> card on your field with an ability on a character or an event card, the number of cards they have to place from their hand into their sideline is one card.
