What does the ability "It will remain set to resting the next time it would be switched to active" do?
This ability forces the card to remain set to resting on one occasion when it would be switched to active, such as during the player's start phase or end phase, or when the card is affected by an ability that switches it to active.

If I perform Raid with a character that does not have the card name <Rolo Lamperouge> by placing it on top of a <Rolo Lamperouge> on my field, can I treat the Raided character as <Rolo Lamperouge>?
Not unless that character has an ability which states "This card is also treated as <Rolo Lamperouge>" or similar.
