It refers only to the ability "[When Played] You may pay 1 AP. If you do, play up to one <Kensei Muguruma & Rojuro Ohtoribashi> card from your sideline set to resting onto your field." It does not refer to other abilities on the same card.

If I have two copies of this card, can I activate its "[When Played] You may pay 1 AP. If you do, play up to one <Kensei Muguruma & Rojuro Ohtoribashi> card from your sideline set to resting onto your field" ability once for each copy during the same turn?
No. Only one of those two copies will activate.
