I use this card, then place it into my sideline after resolving the ability. At this time, does the ability "When this card is placed from your hand into your sideline by one of your abilities, if <Sango> is on your field, draw a card" activate?
No, it does not. Placing the event card into the sideline after using it does not satisfy "When this card is placed from your hand into your sideline by one of your abilities." This ability activates when the card is placed from your hand into your sideline by another card's ability.
