It refers only to the ability "[When Played] Choose up to one character on your opponent's front line and sideline it. If it is your turn, choose up to one character on your opponent's front line and return it to their hand, and give this character 'At the end of your opponent's attack phase, place the top card from this Raided character into your sideline' until the start of your next turn." It does not refer to other abilities on the same card.

If I play a second copy of this card in the same turn after activating its [When Played] ability, can the second copy activate its "[When Played] Choose up to one character on your opponent's front line and sideline it. If it is your turn, choose up to one character on your opponent's front line and return it to their hand, and give this character 'At the end of your opponent's attack phase, place the top card from this Raided character into your sideline' until the start of your next turn" ability?
No. The [When Played] ability on the copy of this card you play afterwards does not activate.

If you perform Raid with it during your turn, the card gains "At the end of your opponent's attack phase, place the top card from this Raided character into your sideline" regardless of whether or not you return a character on your opponent's front line to their hand.
