How does my opponent resolve the situation when my character with "Your opponent must block this character's first attack if able" attacks?
They choose one character that can block and block with it. If there are no characters able to block, they receive damage from the attack.

It refers to when your character attacks and battles one of your opponent's characters and your attacking character's BP is equal to or greater than the BP of your opponent's character.
